Australia's Ava Risk hits 21-month low on discounted share purchase plan

** Shares of Ava Risk  AVA.AX  fall as much as 15.6% to
A$0.135, their lowest since June 14, 2022
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since Feb. 26
    ** Security tech co says it intends to launch a share
purchase plan to raise up to A$1 mln ($652,100.00)
    ** New shares will be issued at A$0.13 per share, an 18.8%
discount to AVA's last closing price 
    ** More than 247,400 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 196,245
    ** Stock had fallen ~3% this year, as of last close
