April 14 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes advanced on Tuesday after reports of fresh efforts to ease the Middle East conflict boosted sentiment, while traders also assessed earnings from big banks and corporates. .N

At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.65% at 48,533.19. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.87% at 6,946.46, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.38% at 23,503.53.
