Blucora jumps on upbeat annual revenue forecast

** Shares of investment manager Blucora Inc  BCOR.O  jump 9%
to $24.01 premarket, set to open at their highest since early
2020
    ** Co expects FY22 revenue between $909 mln and $915 mln,
above estimates $903.2 mln, per Refinitiv IBES data
    ** On a per-share basis, co sees FY adjusted net income
between $1.75 and $1.84, compared with Wall Street estimates of
$1.84 
    ** BCOR posts Q3 revenue $171.7 mln, beating estimates of
$165.1 mln, helped by ~41% growth in its wealth management
business in the quarter  
    ** As of last close, shares up 27.2% YTD
