** Co posts Q4 sales of $1.66 billion, compared with analysts' estimate of $1.64 billion

** Last year, activist investor Engine Capital urged AVTR to refresh its board with new directors, cut costs and even sell the company

** AVTR stock plunged 45% in 2025
