Kepler ups Avanza to 'buy' on young customer base, capital-light model

** Kepler Cheuvreux raises Sweden's Avanza Bank AVANZ.ST to "buy" from "hold" based on its customer base, cost control and capital-light business model

** Kepler says Avanza's young and rapidly growing customer base, which covers more than 20% of Sweden's population, is a key long-term growth catalyst for the financial group

** "Wealth transfers from older generations to the company's young customer base should also support Avanza's growth," it adds

** The company's capital-light model and controlled costs should allow it to achieve a return on equity of more than 35%, the brokerage estimates
