April 19 (Reuters) - Public Power Corporation SA  DEHr.AT 
says:
    * to buy 45 percent stake in wind parks owned by J&P Avax
subsidiary
    * deal includes wind parks of 16 megawatt in operation,
another
two of 54 megawatt to be built
    * agreement part of strategy to boost green energy capacity
to 600
megawatt by 2022
