Brief: J & P AVAX H1 group EBITDA rises to EUR 40.1 million

Sept 30 (Reuters) - J & P Avax SA  AVAr.AT : 
    * Net profit after tax for the first six months of 2016 
amounted to 21.0 million euros  ($23.46 million) versus a 2.8 
million euros loss in the respective period of 2015 
    * H1 group turnover reached 270.6 million euros versus 232.0 
million euros in the respective period of 2015 
    * Group EBITDA in the first half of 2016 amounted to 40.1 
million euros versus 26.4 million euros in the year-earlier
