March 8 (Reuters) - J & P Avax SA  AVAr.AT : 
    * Says as part of joint venture with Italian Bonatti SpA 
signs contract with TAP AG (Trans Adriatic Pipeline)for 
development and construction of 360 km onshore pipeline in 
northern Greece 
    * Says joint venture to built pipeline's part 2 and part 3  
    * Says project's construction to start immediately and to be
