Buy-back of own securities

 

 

The Company announces that, in accordance with the authority granted at the
Company's General Meeting held on 13 January 2026, on 15 January 2026 the
Company purchased 26,899,713 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of
the Company (SEDOL: BD6H5D3 / ISIN: GB00BD6H5D36), representing approximately
11.05% of the issued Ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares), at a
price of 173.7587 pence per Ordinary share. The shares will be held in the
treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary shares in issue, shares
held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as
follows:

 

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                         247,873,823
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                 31,350,429
 Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue  216,523,394
