Avidity jumps on data from muscle disorder drug study

** Shares of Avidity Biosciences  RNA.O  rise 21% to $35
premarket  
    ** RNA says its experimental drug to treat a genetic
muscular disorder showed functional improvement in patients
enrolled in an early-to-mid-stage study 
    ** The drug, delpacibart braxlosiran (AOC 1020), is being
developed to treat facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD)
    ** AOC 1020 also showed greater than 50% reduction in
DUX4-regulated genes associated with the disorder -RNA  
    ** Company says AOC 1020 is the first investigational
therapy to target the underlying cause of FSHD 
    ** The drug also showed favorable safety and tolerability
with all adverse events mild or moderate -RNA
    ** Up to last close, stock more than tripled YTD
