BUZZ-Avingtrans rises after share placing plan to fund nuclear expansion ** Shares of engineering company Avingtrans AVG.L up as much as 4.4% at 658 pence
** Co plans to place about 3.3 mln new shares at 630 pence each, raising gross proceeds of about £21 million ($28.19 million)
** Says money raised will be used to expand its nuclear capacity, including building out its Michigan facility, buying manufacturing equipment and expanding its workforce to accommodate demand
** YTD, stock is up ~37%
