Appointment of joint broker
Avingtrans, a manufacturer of critical components, systems and associated services to the global energy, medical and traffic management sectors, is pleased to announce that it has appointed N+1 Singer Advisory LLP ("N+1 Singer") as its joint broker with immediate effect. In addition, Avingtrans confirms that it intends to appoint N+1 Singer as its nominated adviser and sole broker upon completion of the anticipated tender offer.
