Shares Awarded Under Joint Ownership EBT
107,906 ordinary shares are to be awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company out of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT Shares"). The details of these awards, together with the resultant shareholdings, are set out below.
