Non-Executive Director Appointment
Avingtrans PLC (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical
components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical
and industrial sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Reedman,
as an independent Non-Executive Director ("NED"), effective on 1(st) March
2022.
Jo has over 20 years' experience as an equity research analyst, focusing on
capital goods/industrials companies in both sell-side and buy-side roles. She
was a Senior Research Analyst at Singer Capital Markets (previously N+1
Singer) from 2009 to 2019. Prior to this, she held roles at Merrill Lynch,
British Steel Pension Fund and NatWest Markets. Jo has a BA Hons in
Mathematics from St Hilda's College, Oxford.
Upon appointment, Jo will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination
committees. Following her appointment, the board will comprise a Non-Executive
Chairman, two Executive Directors and three Non-Executive Directors, all of
whom are independent.

Joanne Samantha Reedman (aged 52) does not currently hold any directorships or
partnerships and has not previously held any directorships or partnerships in
the past five years.
