PDMR Dealing
Avingtrans PLC (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies original equipment, systems and associated aftermarket services to the energy and medical sectors, announces that Austen Adams, a PDMR in the Company, has today sold a total of 29,008 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 248.333p per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").
Following the Sale, Austen holds 5,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.016% of the Company's issued share capital.
Shareholdings of other PDMRs, including the CEO and CFO, remain unchanged.
