** ASX-listed shares of U.S.-based AVITA Medical  AVH.AX 
 RCEL.O  climb as much as 24.5% to A$3.96, set for best day
since March 1, 2022 if current gains hold 
    ** Regenerative medicine co reports quarterly revenue of
$13.5 mln, up ~51% from prior corresponding period 
    ** Adds commercial revenue for full year 2023 expected to be
in the range of $51 mln to $53 mln
    ** Nearly 408,200 shares change hands, 1.7 times the 30-day
average volume of 241,881 shares 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since Oct 2
    ** Stock up ~62.2% this year, as of last close
