** Shares of biotech firm Avita Medical RCEL.O rise 25% to $5.72 premarket

** Co said late on Sunday its wound care device, RECELL GO, received European regulatory approval

** The device helps doctors treat burns and other serious wounds by using a small sample of a patient’s healthy skin to create a spray of skin cells

** Co plans to introduce the device in Germany, Italy, and the UK

** As of last close, stock down 64% YTD
