Aviva announces that:
Patricia Cross, a non-executive director of Aviva plc, purchased 2,609 ordinary shares at a price of 4.98 through the Aviva plc non-executive director share purchase programme (the "programme"). The programme allows non-executive directors to elect to use a proportion of their net director fees, paid quarterly, to acquire Aviva shares on a continuing basis. Full details of the share purchase are set out below.
