Aviva announces that:

 

On 25 May 2023 Mark Versey, CEO of Aviva Investors and PDMR, exercised his
2019 SAYE option at an option price of £2.84  and retained all the shares
acquired. Full details of the share purchase are set out below.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European
Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
