('the Company')

 

Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

 

On 15 December 2021 the Company announced its intention to pay a final
dividend of 30.6 US cents per share ("Final Dividend").

 

The Final Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in GBP Sterling and
the currency exchange rate is set out below:

 30.6 US cents per share  1.3592         22.5132 pence per share

 

The Final Dividend will be paid on 11 March 2022 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on 11 February 2022.
