Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

 

On 22 November 2022 the Company announced its intention to pay a final
dividend of 30.6 US cents per share ("Final Dividend").

 

The Final Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in GBP Sterling and
the currency exchange rate is set out below:

 30.6 US cents per share  1.2129         25.2288 pence per share

 

The Final Dividend will be paid on 10 March 2023 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on 10 February 2023.
