Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

 

On 23 May 2023 the Company announced its intention to pay an interim dividend
of 14.3 US cents per share ("Interim Dividend").

 

The Interim Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in GBP Sterling and
the currency exchange rate is set out below:

 14.3 US cents per share      1.2711         11.25 pence per share

 

The Interim Dividend will be paid on 8 September 2023 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on 11 August 2023.
