U.S. Defense Logistics Agency helmet order

Avon Protection is pleased to confirm that the Group has received its second
delivery order worth $6.7 million from the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency
under the second-generation Advanced Combat Helmet contract SPE1C1-22-D-1516,
which was previously awarded in February 2022.

Rigorous testing is still ongoing ahead of manufacturing ramp-up plans with
initial deliveries commencing in FY24, positioning Avon Protection as the
leading helmet supplier to the U.S. DOD.
