Notice of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021
 
The Annual Report & Accounts for the year end 30 September 2020, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting, is now available on the Group's website at www.avon-rubber.com.   
 
Printed copies of the document will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy on or around 23 December 2020. A copy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held as a closed meeting at 10:30am on Friday 29 January 2021 at Hampton Park West, Semington Road, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6NB. In light of the restrictions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders will be unable to attend in person but can instead join via a webcast facility at https://webcasting.brrmedia.co.uk/broadcast/5fc13bfbb19325729a9d8516.
