Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

 

On 12 November 2025 the Company announced its intention to pay a final
dividend of 17.0 US cents per share ("Final Dividend").

 

The Final Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in GBP Sterling and
the currency exchange rate is set out below:

 17.0 US cents per share  1.3575         12.52 pence per share

 

The Final Dividend will be paid on 6 March 2026 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on 6 February 2026.
