** Shares of India's Awfis Space Solutions AWFI.NS jump as much as about 17.6% to 424 rupees, last up 5.4%

** Workspace solutions provider's Q4 profit more than doubled y/y to 232.5 million rupees ($2.44 million)

** Revenue from ops rose 20.7% y/y vs 16.7% y/y rise in total expenses

** Operating EBITDA margins expanded by 290 bps

to 37.0% from a year earlier

** Ambit cuts PT by 10 rupees to 600 rupees; estimates revenue and EBITDA to grow annually at 16% and 36%, respectively, over FY26–FY29

** Trading volumes at nearly 5.5x the 30-day average

** YTD, AWFI stock down about 22.3%
