** Shares of AWL Agri Business AWLA.NS fall 3.2% to 267.85 rupees

** 45.1 mln shares changed hands across 20 block deals at discount of 0.2% to 3.6% to prev close, as per LSEG data

** Adani Commodities LLP is likely to sell up to 7% in AWLA through block deals at floor price of 275 rupees per share, with an offer size of 25.01 bln rupees ($282.2 mln), CNBC-TV18 reported citing sources

** Overall trading vols at 53.3 mln shares so far, over 28x the 30-day average

** AWLA down ~13% YTD
