** Shares of Axcelis Technologies Inc  ACLS.O , an equipment
and services provider for semiconductor makers, are up 2.8% at
$38.37
    ** Co says shipped multiple purion and legacy systems to a

    ** ACLS' purion systems are used in semiconductor device
fabrication 
    ** Says the systems were shipped in Q2 and Q3
    ** "We expect the China market will remain strong in 2021,
and anticipate significant activity from our large, diverse base
of domestic and multinational customers in the region," says CEO
Mary Puma
    ** ACLS is up ~32% this year
