** Shares of cancer therapy developer Predictive Oncology
 POAI.O  rise 4.2% to 82 cents premarket 
    ** Says initiated a process to evaluate a broad range of
strategic alternatives and working with an adviser  
    ** Possible alternatives can include a sale of the company,
a sale of an asset or assets , or a licensing deal 
     ** Says there can be no assurance that a transaction will
occur 
    ** Ended third-quarter with $3.1 mln of cash and cash
equivalents, compared to $8.7 mln as of Dec. 31
    ** Up to last close, stock down 76.1% YTD
