SUB.: OUTCOME OF 174TH BOARD MEETING OF AXIS BANK LIMITED HELD ON 18TH JANUARY,2017 AND 19TH JANUARY, 2017
REF: REGULATION 33 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS") 
This is to inform you that at the 174th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on 18th January, 2017 and which continued on 19th January, 2017 and concluded at 4.00 p.m., the Board of Directors of the Bank, reviewed and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank, for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December, 2016, which was subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank. 
In this connection, we enclose herewith the said Financial Results, the Limited Review Report, the Press Release and the Earnings Presentation for the said period which please note are being uploaded on the website of the Bank, in terms of the Listing Regulations.
Also, please note that the blackout period which is in-force from Sunday, 1st January, 2017 will end on Saturday, 21st January, 2017, consequently, the trading window will commence from Sunday, 22rd January, 2017 and will remain in force up to Friday, 31st March, 2017 (both days inclusive). 
You are requested to take the above on record and bring this to the notice of all concerned.
