SUB: ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK
We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 35,045 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 04.01.2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. 
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,75,58,88,900 (2,37,79,44,450 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each - As on 29.09.2015) to Rs. 475,78,99,620 (237,89,49,810 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each - As on 04.01.2016).
Further, please note that the Bank had also allotted equity shares under ESOP Scheme of the Bank in month of October, November and December 2015, as under:
