SUB: AXIS BANK RAISES SENIOR NOTES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET
We have to advise that the Board of Directors of the Bank has today passed a resolution approving the allotment of two Senior Notes aggregating to USD 10,000,000 (USD Ten Million only) each, under the MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.
