Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to
inform you that the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited (the "Bank") at
its meeting held today, i.e., April 25, 2026, has approved the convening of
the 32(nd) Annual General Meeting of the Bank on Friday, July 31, 2026,
through Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual Means.

 

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Friday,
July 10, 2026 has been fixed as record date for the purpose of payment of
dividend.

 

The Board meeting commenced at 9:00 am (IST) and concluded at 4:30 pm (IST).
