We wish to inform you that Prof. S. Mahendra Dev (DIN: 06519869), Independent
Director of the Bank has tendered his resignation with effect from the close
of business hours of June 5, 2025. The Bank places on record its deep
appreciation for the guidance and invaluable contributions rendered
by Prof. S. Mahendra Dev during his tenure as an Independent Director of the
Board.

 

The resignation letter containing reasons for the resignation is attached as
Annexure II. Prof. S. Mahendra Dev has confirmed that there are no other
material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in the
resignation letter. He does not hold directorship in any listed entity.

 

Disclosure pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular no.
SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is attached as Annexure
I.
