REF.:  DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND
DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS").

 

SUB.: CHANGES IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF AXIS BANK LIMITED ("the Bank").

 

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to
inform the following change in the senior management of the Bank:

 

Ganesh Sankaran, Group Executive - Wholesale Banking Coverage Group, wishes to
pursue opportunities outside the Bank and has resigned from the role on
October 23, 2024. He will be relieved from the services of the Bank at the
close of business on Saturday, November 30, 2024. A copy of his resignation
letter as required under Schedule III, Part A, Para A(7C) of the SEBI Listing
Regulations is attached as Annexure B. The Bank places on record its
appreciation for Ganesh Sankaran's contribution and wishes him the very best
in his future endeavors.

 

The details required as per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123
dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
