Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

 

We wish to inform you that the Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its
letter dated August 8, 2023 has issued an Administrative warning to Axis
Trustee Services Limited ("ATSL"), wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, for
non-compliance of Regulation 18(6A) of the SEBI (Issue and Listing of
Non-convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 in respect of four
Non-convertible Debenture issuances for which ATSL acted as a Trustee during
the period from March 2023 to June 2023.

 

The relevant information as per the format prescribed by SEBI vide its
circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is
attached as an Annexure A.
