Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

 

This is in continuation to our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/252/2023-24 dated August
9, 2023, wherein we had informed that that the Securities and Exchange Board
of India ("SEBI") vide its letter dated August 8, 2023 has issued an
Administrative warning to Axis Trustee Services Limited ("ATSL"), wholly owned
subsidiary of the Bank, for non-compliance of Regulation 18(6A) of the SEBI
(Issue and Listing of Non-convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 in respect
of four Non-convertible Debenture ("NCD") issuances for which ATSL acted as a
Trustee during the period from March 2023 to June 2023.

 

We would like to now inform you that based on the representation made by Axis
Trustee Services Limited, SEBI has vide its letter dated September 12, 2023,
recalled the administrative warning in respect of three NCD issuances out of
four aforementioned issuances.
