SUB: UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE BANK (STANDALONE AND CONSOLIDATED),
FOR THE QUARTER AND NINE MONTHS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021.

 

REF: REGULATIONS 30 AND 33 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE
REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS").

 

Further to our letter dated December 16, 2021, we would like to inform you
that the Board of Directors of the Bank at their meeting held today, viz.
Monday, January 24, 2022, have inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial
Results of the Bank (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended
December 31, 2021.

 

In terms of the above, we are enclosing herewith the following:

 

1.    Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter
and nine-months ended December 31, 2021.

 

2.    Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter
and nine-months ended December 31, 2021.

 

3.    Press Release along with Investor Presentation on Financial Results
of the Bank for the above period.

 

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Limited Review Reports of the Joint
Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial
Results at point nos. 1 and 2, respectively are also enclosed.

 

Please note that the Board Meeting commenced at 1.45 PM and the results were
reviewed and approved by the Board at 4.10 PM.

 

You are requested to kindly take note of the above and arrange to bring it to
the notice of all concerned.
