This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its
meeting held today i.e., January 14, 2026, has granted 103,916 stock options
at an exercise price of Rs. 1262/- per option under the Axis Bank Employees
Stock Option Scheme 2000-01 to the eligible employee(s) of the Bank.

 

Disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155
dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.

 

The meeting commenced at 11:00 am (IST) and concluded at 3:00 pm (IST).

 (e)            Option Vested                                                              The said options shall vest, as under:

                                                                                           -   At the end of 1 year from the date of grant - 30% of granted options.

                                                                                           -   At the end of 2 years from the date of grant - 30% of granted options.

                                                                                           -   At the end of 3 years from the date of grant - 40% of granted options.
 (f)            Time within which option/units may be exercised                            The said options can be exercised by the grantees, within a period of 5 years
