SUB: OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING OF AXIS BANK LIMITED ("BANK") HELD ON JULY 26,
2023

 

Further to our letter dated July 11, 2023, we would like to inform you that
the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited ("Bank") at its meeting held
today, i.e. July 26, 2023, have inter alia, approved the unaudited financial
results of the Bank (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June
30, 2023, which have been subject to limited review by the Joint Statutory
Auditors of the Bank, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

 

A copy of said results along with limited review report on the financial
results are enclosed.
