 REF.:  DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE
        REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS")

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of
Directors of Axis Bank Limited (the "Bank") at its meeting held today, i.e.,
April 25, 2025, has inter alia, transacted the following business(es):

 

Appointment of Secretarial Auditors

 

Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment
of M/s. Bhandari & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial
Auditors of the Bank, for a period of five years from FY 25-26 till FY 29-30,
subject to the approval of the members of the Bank.

 

The brief profile of M/s. Bhandari & Associates is enclosed herewith as
Annexure A.

 

Intimation of Annual General Meeting and Record Date for payment of final
dividend

 

Approved the convening of the 31(st) Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the
Bank on Friday, July 25, 2025, through Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual
Means.

 

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform
that the record date for payment of final dividend is Friday, July 4, 2025.

 

The Board meeting commenced at 10:00 am (IST) and concluded at 5:45 pm (IST).
