SUB.: RE-CLASSIFICATION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SPECIFIED UNDERTAKING OF
THE UNIT TRUST OF INDIA TO "PUBLIC" CATEGORY FROM "PROMOTER" CATEGORY.

 

REF: REGULATION 30 AND 31A OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE
REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS").

 

This is in continuation of our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/618/2022-23 dated March
27, 2023 intimating about the receipt of request letter from the Administrator
of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India ("SUUTI"), one of the
promoters of the Bank, to reclassify SUUTI to "public" category from
"promoter" category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing
Regulations.

 

In this regard, we now wish to inform you that the said letter was placed
before the Board at its meeting held today i.e. April 28, 2023. The Board at
the said meeting, has considered and approved the request received from SUUTI
to reclassify it to "public" category from "promoter" category, subject to the
approval of the stock exchanges and any other statutory/regulatory
authorities, as may be required. The certified true copy of the resolution
passed by the Board is attached herewith as Annexure A.
