SUB: AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER AND YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2023.

 

This is in furtherance to our letter dated April 5, 2023, and pursuant to
Regulations 30, 33, 52(4) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

 

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited
("Bank") at its meeting held today, viz. April 27, 2023, has approved the
audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the
quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The said financial results along with
the audit report issued by the joint statutory auditors on the standalone and
consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2023, are
enclosed.

 

The joint statutory auditors of the Bank have issued audit report on the
standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the year ended
March 31, 2023 with 'unmodified opinion'.

 

A copy of said results are being also uploaded on the website of the Bank i.e.
www.axisbank.com (http://www.axisbank.com) .

 

Please note that the board meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. and the results
were approved by the Board of Directors at 3.55 p.m.
