SUB.: REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 (THE LISTING REGULATION)
 
Reference is invited to our letter dated 8th December 2017, wherein we had informed you regarding the decision of the Board to re appoint Smt Shikha Sharma as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 1st June 2018, subject to receipt of requisite approvals.
 
In this connection kindly note that Smt Shikha Sharma,  Managing Director & CEO of the Bank has requested the Board to reconsider the period of her re-appointment as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank to be revised from 1st June 2018 up to 31st December 2018.
 
The Board has accepted her said request, subject to the approval of the RBI.
 
You are requested to take the above on record and bring this to the notice of all concerned.
