SUB: RESULT OF POSTAL BALLOT.
REF: 44(3) OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT) REGULATIONS, 2015.
Pursuant to the requirements of 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the details of voting result in respect of the Special resolution as set out in the Notice dated 27th October, 2015 by way of Postal Ballot. 
Please note that the results have been consolidated in respect of voting conducted through e-voting and physical ballot. We are pleased to inform you that the said special resolution was passed by the Shareholders with the requisite majority. 
In this connection, we enclose herewith a copy of Scrutinizers report dated 21st December, 2015 issued by Shri Raghavendar Rao D., Practising Company Secretary(Membership No. ACS 35788/C.P. No. 13407), Scrutinizer for the said e-voting process.
