    ** Company said on Thursday the record date for subdivision
of shares is Oct. 21
    ** Company in August approved subdivision of 1 share into 10
shares
    ** Stock rises for second straight session, hitting highest
since Aug. 30
    ** More than 115,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg of
64,067 shares
