** Shares of medtech firm Axogen Inc  AXGN.O  rise 5.2% to
$7.92
    ** Co reports Q4 2022 revenue in line with expectations at
$36.2 mln vs $31 mln in 2021   
    ** Sees FY 2023 revenues in the range of $154 mln to $159
mln vs analysts' estimates of $158.9 mln - Refinitiv   
    ** AXGN also reports Q4 loss of 3 cents/shr, compared with
analysts' estimates of loss of 11 cents/shr - Refinitiv
    ** Including session's move, stock down ~6% over past 12
months
