Australia's Axiom Properties hits 10-1/2-month high on deal to sell Perth property

** Shares of Axiom Properties  AXI.AX  jump as much as 12.5%
to A$0.09, their highest since Nov 11, 2020 
    ** The property development and investment co signs
agreement to sell its Butler Central Homemaker Centre in Perth
to The Lester Group, a family owned property investment business

    ** Axiom says Butler project consists of large format retail
precinct, comprising nearly 15,000 square metres of retail and
service-based tenancies
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Aug 23

30-day average volume of ~94,000 shares
    ** AXI stock up ~51% this year, as of last close
