    ** Neos Therapeutics Inc  NEOS.O  enters into a definitive
agreement to merge with a unit of AYTU in an all-stock deal
valued at $44.9 million on a fully diluted basis (https://bit.ly/2VXpKk6)
    
    ** Neos stockholders to own about 30% of the fully diluted
AYTU common shares     
    ** Cos say combined entity will have an increased footprint
in the prescription pediatric market; merger expected to close
by Q2 2021
    ** AYTU down ~30% this year, as of Wednesday's close
