extended trading
    ** Activist investor Politan Capital declared in a
regulatory filing that it now owned 4.13 million shares, or
6.87%, of the company
    ** Politan says Azenta stock undervalued and will engage
with the company about its business, operations and financial
condition
    ** 2 of 6 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 4
"hold"; their median PT is $58
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock down 12.8% YTD
